Kristine Clark has over 40 years of experience in healthcare and business, and currently holds ownership and leadership roles at OASIS Virtual Care and CrossMed Healthcare Staffing Solutions, two women-owned businesses headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Kris is a role model for many and has consistently demonstrated her unique ability to think outside the box and stay ahead of the curve. She truly believes that anything is possible when we challenge ourselves and pursue our goals with passion.
Her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and her passion for filling the gaps in bedside care led her to establish OASIS Virtual Care.
Kris embodies the spirit of never compromising on ethics, promises made, or commitments. She inspires others to be their best, spread joy, step forward, and have fun along the way.

Maria Hagen serves as President and CEO of OASIS Virtual Care. She brings over 30 years of Executive Leadership experience across a diverse suite of healthcare business functions including Virtual Care Services, Global Software Development, Clinical, Revenue Cycle and Change Management Consulting, Clinical and Revenue Cycle Implementations, Managed IT Services and Hosting Services. She has led many large scale transitions and has driven transformative business model changes throughout global organizations.
She is passionate about bringing innovative product and service solutions to market that will drive and transform healthcare operations, efficiency and outcomes.
She is a graduate of Drexel University and holds degrees in Management of Computerized Information Systems and Finance. She is a guest lecturer for Executive MBA programs at local universities and serves as a mentor to early career executive colleagues around the globe.
Maria partners with our healthcare organizations to effectuate a new care team delivery model that promotes top of license professional practice, staff satisfaction and exceptional patient experience by providing high-tech compassionate care.
Tammy Driver, RN, CNO

Tammy Driver, RN is the Chief Nursing Officer for OASIS Virtual Care. Tammy is a Senior Nurse Executive with over 30 years of diverse healthcare experience. She is a leader with demonstrated ability to improve patient safety and quality outcomes while building a positive culture and practice environment.
Tammy has led a variety of organizations to improve outcomes related to throughput/capacity management, patient experience, and employee engagement. In addition, she spent several years partnering with client hospitals to implement best practices across varied specialties.
Tammy is passionate about continuous innovation and the transformation of the practice of nursing.
She received her BSN from Middle Tennessee State University and also holds an MSN and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Tammy partners with our clients to assist in implementing a new and innovative nursing care delivery model that engages both the virtual and bedside teams to deliver exceptional care.
