Sales/Business Development
Job Summary:
OASIS Virtual Care is seeking a talented Sales/Business Development candidate to be part of an exciting future and make an impact from day one! The successful candidate will pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, identify potential customers and partners, and develop strategies to win new business while assisting healthcare organizations solve labor challenges by leveraging our suite of solutions. This position is based in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities and partners and schedule business discussions.
- Create innovative approaches to meet prospective clients and build lasting relationships that result in new contracts.
- Generate leads through various channels; make cold calls to prospective clients; seeking appropriate contact in an organization.
- Convey OASIS’ value proposition to decision-makers in potential new accounts to secure new business; educate prospective clients about OASIS services.
- Partner with OASIS executive team to create customized call plans, support sales cycle success, and drive urgency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and client service and retention plans.
- Create business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Demonstrate strong people skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients, decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in business development.
- Experience in healthcare sales is highly preferred.
- Business to Business sales experience and cold calling is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong sales acumen – Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Technically competent and outstanding ability to connect with others.
- Passion for results and the desire to do an exception job; resilience, drive, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work from our Omaha, Nebraska office.
